Develop the requisite foundation understanding of construction basics, supporting work readiness skills, and on-ramp certifications; and
Place you into solar construction, general construction, or other opportunities

Our orientation training will help prepare you for the Building Strong Communities pre-apprenticeship program as well as other construction opportunities.

Orientation Training

Through an initial interest assessment, career navigation map, industry fundamentals training, and workforce readiness training, our orientation provides you with a foundational understanding of construction basics to help you assess the career path that's a best fit for you.

Apprenticeship and Technical Training

Building Strong Communities (BSC) is an apprenticeship preparatory program to prepare you for a career in the construction industry.

Placement

At the conclusion of the orientation training, your career coach will help you transition to BSCs pre-apprenticeship program or secure direct employment in construction industry, depending on your interests
