Residential HVAC Installer - ERC

HVAC Technicians help people have “smart” heating and cooling in their homes! Residential Trainees assist lead installers with the installation of various types of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Residential Trainees work under the supervision of a lead installer to assist with the installation of new, and/or servicing of old, residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various locations throughout the home including crawlspaces and attics. Trainees assemble sheet metal fittings; install flexible duct work, perform maintenance and cleaning of furnace systems, install low voltage wiring and conduit, lift/move heavy HVAC/R equipment, and work off ladders.
